Course Overview

Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities course forms part of the STCW 95 mandatory basic safety training for all seafarers.


If you’re intending to go to sea, the STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities will provide you with a basic induction in safety procedures and accident prevention. You will be made aware of  the employment conditions and working environment on board merchant Navy vessels
